Software Product Owner/Project Manager

Key Achievements

  1. Built the first agile software product team in our group from scratch, including hiring and mentoring. 
  2. As Product Owner/Project Manager, design/development of Moxa's first Wi-Fi management software, MXview Wireless, within one year.
  3. Initiate the first prototype of cloud service, the MXview Free Experience, on AWS. Responsible for the service architecture design, implementation and operation.

  1. As a Product Owner 
  1. Collect requirements and pain-points from internal and external users, then arrange our value proposition and product backlog for product development.
  2. Lead various workshops, such as User Journey MappingEvent Storming, Domain Storytelling, to let team members see the whole picture, then make the right design at the right angle. 
  3. Lead front-end design based on UX methodologies and able to sketch wire-frame to discuss with higher efficiency.  
  4. Using Information Architecture (IA) to re-design our front-end to improve the UX.
  5. Discuss design with the back-end team, based on fundamental design principles and cloud-friendly practices.

  7. Manage our regular SCRUM activities.
  8. Familiar with JIRA/Confluence for products/projects management.

  1. Build the end-to-end product team from scratch. 
  2. Speed-up the value delivery from yearly to daily level by the Adoption of Agile and DevOps culture and practices. Team productivity has improved by more than 95%.
