Following our successful soft launch in Taiwan in 2023, focusing on the burgeoning market of liquor investments, we've captured significant enthusiasm. The Engineering Team
Our Engineering and Product teams are the heartbeat of AIFIAN, driving innovation through synergistic collaboration. Dedicated to crafting and refining efficient software systems, we're committed to enhancing our workflows to expedite the delivery of new features. In this pivotal growth stage, we’re inviting engineering talents to join us in scaling our product across borders.
Our tech stack includes AWS, Node.js, RPC, Redis, MySQL, Terraform, and GitHub.
What You'll Do
- Lead the technical strategy for our payment systems, ensuring seamless integration with services such as Stripe, TapPay, and virtual accounts.
- Partner with Product Management and business stakeholders to define and execute the product and technical roadmaps for the payment vertical.
- Take ownership of key system components, ensuring their long-term reliability and optimizing the performance of the wider ecosystem.
- Elevate engineering standards, tooling, and processes, contributing to the platform's continuous improvement.
- Champion a culture of collaboration, transparency, and excellence, guiding the team towards achieving collective and individual growth.
Requirements
What We Look For
- A minimum of 8 years in software development, with a strong portfolio in Node.js, Python, or Golang.
- Experience with designing and owning highly available, fault-tolerant backend systems.
- Familiarity with Event-Driven Architecture is a plus.
- Hands-on coding and debugging experience using modern software delivery methods to develop services using Node.js, Python, Go, or JVM-based languages (Java, Kotlin).
