Service Office_IKEA for Business_ Key Account Manager

Job Description

1. Proactively drive acquisition of new business customers and build up long term relationships with key clients (B2B, B2B2B, B2B2C) in different B2B segments including service sector, education, government, hospitality, retail and residential constructions. 

2. Lead negotiations in finalizing terms and pricing for RFPs/tender and other Key Account contracts and projects. 

3. Lead the authoring of high quality and timely responses of RFPs/tender, including collaborating with other departments for a comprehensive and competitive bid package of IKEA product and services. 

4. Always looking for business opportunities by understanding and analyzing the market, working actively with suspects, prospects and leads. Create the best possible business customer experience. 

5. Proactively contribute to B2B strategy and tactical/action plan in order to deliver IKEA for Business objectives and goals. 

6. Contribute building value proposition for business customers by supporting, developing or creating new business model in services, solutions, and products. 

7. Responsible for managing the leads pipeline, measure success rate, follow up and identify improvement areas 

8. Support, mentor and coach team members and store IKEA for Business co-workers on ways of identifying and growing partnership with business customers. 

9. Actively in participating exhibitions, events and fairs to increase IKEA for Business awareness externally.

Requirements


1. At least 6-8 years or above experience in Sales, Business Development or Key Account Management

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills in building relationships

3. Outstanding leadership capability and negotiation skill

4. Ability to speak fluently in English and Chinese

5. Competence to actively target business customers and sell through understanding their needs Ability to cross-sell, up sell and create new products and services
