We are currently seeking a dedicated and analytical Market Access Intern to join our team for a two-month internship. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting our market access strategies through reimbursement dossier preparation, policy shaping project coordination, analysis of PBRS meeting minutes, and quarterly updates of International Reference Pricing (IRP). This position is ideal for students pursuing advanced degrees in life sciences, pharmacy, or public health, who are eager to apply their knowledge in a real-world setting and gain invaluable experience in the field of market access.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reimbursement Dossier Preparation: Assist in compiling and organizing data and documentation necessary for reimbursement submissions.
• Policy Shaping Project Coordination: Support the coordination and management of policy shaping projects, ensuring objectives are met within timelines.
• PBRS Meeting Minutes Analysis: Analyze minutes from Pharmaceutical Benefits Review Scheme (PBRS) meetings to extract relevant insights and implications for our market access strategies.
• Quarterly IRP Updates: Contribute to the quarterly update process for International Reference Pricing, ensuring accurate and current data is reflected.

Need to have:

• Bachelor's students  (Master’s degree program in life sciences, pharmacy, public health, or a related field is preferred.)
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new concepts and tasks (good learning agility).
• Strong teamwork capabilities and excellent communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating with various stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset, capable of conducting thorough analyses and synthesizing complex information.

Good to have:

• Preference for candidates in the final years of a Clinical Pharmacy program (5th-6th year) 
  
• Has a keen interest in healthcare policy, market access, and the pharmaceutical industry.
• Is proactive, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to impactful projects.
• Possesses strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Exhibits a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in handling sensitive information.
