Job Description


We are seeking a proactive and analytically minded Marketing Intern to support our marketing insight dashboard projects and assist in the management of key digital projects across online channels. This role is ideal for an MBA student who excels in data analysis and has a solid understanding of digital marketing tools. The intern will work closely with product managers to facilitate administrative tasks, review promotional materials, and coordinate marketing events, contributing to our marketing, digital, and market access initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and management of marketing insight dashboard projects, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights.
  • Assist in the management of key digital projects across various online channels, including LINE push notifications and approved email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with product managers to drive administrative tasks, streamline the promotional material review process, and effectively coordinate marketing events.
  • Utilize data analysis tools and software (e.g., OFFICE, Power BI, Tableau) to analyze marketing data and contribute to strategic decision-making.
  • Engage in cross-functional teamwork, providing support to the marketing, digital, and market access departments to achieve business objectives.


Requirements


Need to have:

  • Bachelor's or master's students (MBA is preferred)
  • Demonstrated excellence in data analysis and the ability to translate data into actionable marketing insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, Tableau, or similar data analysis and visualization tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Exhibits a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently on projects.

Good to have: 

  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels and strategies, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and platforms.
