Job Description

• Responsible for Customs import Duty & Value added tax bookkeeping and documents filing
• Working closely with Logistics team and Cashier to ensure timely payment of Customs Duty without affecting operations
• Import & export data and 401 Business tax declaration and reconciliation
• Handle suppliers’ Accounts Payable and review invoices, documents and account processing related to the payment
• Communicate with vendors for bank data confirmation
• Other general accounting and accrued expenses posting
• Month-end closing, Balance sheet accounts reconciliation and Quarter-end reporting
• Accounting Books & Vouchers management and filing, plan and perform Books scrapping activity yearly
• Comply with Tax Regulations, internal SOX controls and audit processes
• Support finance related functions or projects if needed, execute tasks assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or related field
• 2~3+ years working experience in accounting
• Semiconductor industry experience and familiar with fast-paced environment is a plus
• Familiar with Business tax declaration
• Familiar with SAP system, MS Office, Tax regulations and accounting processes
• Active & positive personality with high adaptability and agile to meet the challenges
• Compliance and diligence with careful and responsible characteristics
• Work independently and with problem solving ability yet also a team player
• Good communication skill in both English and Chinese
