• Provide first level support to 300+ internal users
• IT equipment preparation and configuration for average 9-10 new hires per month, imaging/re-image computer using SCCM
• Support users’ mobile devices (iOS) and telecommunication vendor managements
• Resolve local requests for any technology problem and support daily user operation in timely manner
• Support IT infrastructure set up for coming new sites
• Ensuring sufficient monitoring and alerting is in place for all relevant desktop systems
• Any IT investigation request for any violating case

• Fluent English communication is required.
