1. Receive and connect incoming calls to the intended party;

2. Contacting the intended telephone number at the requests of related parties;
3. Deliver messages to internal and external parties when the person concerned is unable to receive the call and record the message to be informed to the person concerned.

- Good communication skills to interact with guests
- Detail oriented, able to work independently with good time management skills
- Have a good understanding of Ms Excel, and Ms Word
- Have a strong interest in working in a fast-paced environment
- Committed to join for 6 months internship period
- Do not have any class schedules or are free
- Willing to work entirely from the office (WFO)
- Willing to join ASAP
