Job Description

TPIsoftware was founded in 2005, and specializes in creating software solutions and consulting services for leading organizations in finance, insurance, telecommunication, manufacturing, and other fields worldwide. We are now looking for a talented Sales Enablement Manager to join us!

The sales enablement task force provides SDRs (sales development representatives) / BDRs (business development representatives) with the learning materials, content, and resources to drive revenue growth and success. Partnering with the sales team and broader enablement team, the sales enablement manager develops and executes impactful, data-driven solutions for transforming the sales process. The candidate must have a strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools and training. Success is measured by the overall business impact of these solutions and cross-functional collaboration.

【What you will do】
1. Work with sales & corporate strategy leadership, on a regular basis, to develop, execute, optimize and assess enablement programs, which should be reviewed and approved by CEO’s office before execution
2. Keep tracks of company's products and solutions' development strategies, and sync up the updated information with product and solution departments with timely fashion
3. Determine sales enablement priorities with sales and other stakeholders
4. Establish “Sales & Marketing Alignment Performance” metrics
5. Communicate enablement strategy and KPIs to stakeholders
6. Plan and implement effective onboarding, training sessions, and certification programs for SDRs & BDRs; coordinate educational content for ongoing training
7. Create and organize effective sales contents and collaterals in various formats that will be used, internally and externally, at each stage of a sales cycle; facilitate the usage among the SDRs, BDRs, and marketing teams.
8. Determine appropriate content for each step of the purchasing process to maximize sales results.
9. Gather and relay feedback to continuously iterate on the enablement strategy
10. Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales team
11. Implement effective sales enablement technology or tool to ensure it is easily accessible and providing the capabilities sellers need

Requirements

In addition to time management, project management, sales process methodologies, or B2B buyer’s journey, and training skills, we are looking at the candidates with specific qualities crucial to building high-performance sales team, including:

- Strategic thinking:
The sales enablement manager must have very strong strategic and analytical thinking skills to effectively support the sales team in all its functions and create the greatest ROI for the sales team. She / he will constantly be seeking ways to improve all processes in the system.
- Data-driven:
The ideal sales enablement manager must be able to analyze quantitative and qualitative data from a variety of sources and evaluate it to make decisions for future initiatives.
- Adaptable and forward-thinking: Being comfortable dealing with evolution, ambiguity and change. The position requires the ability to be proactive in implementing new processes, strategies or tools for the sales force.
- Tech Savvy:
This strategic role requires extensive knowledge of sales enablement technology, processes and best practices. The sales enablement platform consists of several technological tools and systems that correlate and manage different areas, such as content, contacts, and training or educational programs. A sales enablement manager needs to be able to track their usage and effectiveness.

Desired Experience and Skills
1. 5+ years’ experience in a high-performance sales organization in sales, enablement, or learning and development
2. Experience with content management and learning management systems
3. Fast learner
