Job Description

[Responsiblities and Duties]
1.Follow scalable and effective pipeline through recruitment, interview, hiring, orientation, probation.
1.1. For recruitment, source suitable and high-quality candidates from recruiting platforms, company database, job sites, social media and others.
1.2 For interview, arrange and execute interviews which can detect who fits company culture most.
1.3.For orientation, assist candidate onboarding process.
1.4 For probation, implement probation mechanism and keep track of progress.
2. Providing general administrative support to the recruitment function, such as answering inquiries, scheduling phone screenings and co-ordination of interview, and making sure that the candidates and clients always receive a professional and comprehensive recruitment service.
3. Member affair administrative support: Assist with member daily life cycle administrative flow, such as insurance, welfare, and dormitory application.
4. Manager assignment assistance
-Coordinating employee activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
-Managing clerical or other administrative support

**Current contract from onboard till 2024/10/31. Contract extension or further collaboration can be discussed based on performance.**

Requirements

[Must have]
1. Experience in recruiting, or other relevant experience in closing candidates is needed.
2. Demonstrates flexibility and mobility.
3. Possesses the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
4. Exhibits strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Familiar with basic Excel, Word, and PowerPoint operations.
6. Embraces an open-minded approach.

1. Familiar with local (Taiwan) laws on labor, employee rights, and workplace requirements
2. Car license
3. Working English

Interview process

Firstly, we will review your resume and send you interview questionnaire if passed the review. Once move along the process, the whole interview phases will take roughly 2-3 weeks. We will totally be having 2 interviews and 1 follow up meeting. Each interview takes approximately 1 hour.

  • Interview questionnaire for review
  • 1st interview with reporting line manager for hard-skill set check
  • 2nd interview with HR manager or stakeholders for culture fit and soft-skill set check
  • Follow-up meeting to discuss package, working model and probation tasks

Working location and package is negotiable once passed probation.
