• Sourcing Talent pipeline : proactive sourcing to build diversity technical talent and create talent mapping in the Taiwan’s market. (build up relationship for all potential technical female leaders in the market & arrange networking with company leadership) ; sharing talent insights regularly and partner with recruiters to convert these pipeline to a hire
• Promote creatives for Internal & External hiring branding on Diversity for company Taipei site
o Internal : build stories on female technical talents , conduct workshop for managers to recruit/manage diversity employee. Closely partner with other COE for opportunities to promote diversity brand.
o External: engage online/offline media to promote diversity topic for Taiwan ; engage with 1-2 NGO for opportunities on targeted talents workshop ; engage with targeted technical professor & college on talents workshop.
