Advantech is the global market leader in industrial PC space. Most of its USD$1.7B run rate is hardware business for now, while the company views software as the revenue growth engine in the years to come, in particular, IoT, AI and Cloud solutions and services. It's almost like to drive a software startup business to succeed inside a well-established hardware revenue machine.

We are seeking an experienced product manager to drive these software solutions and services.

■ You will:

1. Work closely with multiple hardware business divisions to identify vertical opportunities, propose the right software offering, develop product road-maps and project plans, and execute to deliver in phases integrated with hardware products.

2. Develop & own the corresponding business plan, go-to-market strategy, product roadmap, pricing, sales kit, and P&L.

3. Work with both corporate and regional marketing team to promote the software products to the regional sales teams including North America, Europe, China, and other regions.

■ What You need:

1. Be both creative and disciplined, patient but learning fast.

2. Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
