1. Act as CRM project manager to guide regional sales in making good use of CRM platform from both system and business perspectives.
2. Plan & lead regional CRM innovations in consideration of user experience and system planning feasibility.
3. Co-work with IT for global CRM/sales to develop assessment with business values and provide possible solution on daily basis.
4. Data analysis to identify issue for system optimization or dig out CRM data insights.
5. Global sales inquiries reassignment to RBUs (regional business unit).
6. Experience in corporate membership management and planning will be a plus.
- Flexibility and willing to embrace new challenges is a plus.
- Experience in project management, especially in CRM (Salesforce) or sales automation software/platform is preferred.
- MS Office is a must, specifically Excel / Powerpoint skillset is required above average is highly appreciated.
- Past working experience included Salesforce.com related product will be definitely a plus.
- Master degree is preferred, with fluent English ability is a must.
