As a Marketing Promotion Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our international marketing team, focusing on pre-registration, post-release, and promotions to elevate our platform's popularity across the globe.

▍Job Overview:

As a Marketing Promotion Specialist, you will be responsible for the strategic development and execution of international marketing projects. This role encompasses pre-registration promotion, post-release planning, and collaboration with Japanese anime and manga publishers.

Your duties will extend to general promotion work, including YouTube management, event giveaways, and the management and analysis of display and listing ads.

▍Key Responsibilities:

• Pre-registration promotion: Develop and execute promotional plans, manage press releases, and oversee various web advertisements (SNS, affiliate, etc.).
• Post-release: Plan and execute promotions linked to in-game events, and collaborate on IP projects with Japanese anime and manga publishers.
• General promotion work: Manage YouTube content, plan event giveaways, and coordinate promotional goods.
• Analyze display and listing ads, and interpret ad serving and distribution data.
• Monitor and confirm Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and implement improvement measures.
• Undertake various game marketing-related projects based on skill set and preferences.

▍Requirements:

• Professional proficiency in English.
• Minimum 1 year of marketing promotion experience, particularly in the gaming industry.
• Strong understanding of ad serving and marketing in the U.S., Korea, or Taiwan.
• Proficient in writing compelling and creative content in English and Japanese.
• Passionate gamer with knowledge of game terminology, language, or 2D animation culture.
• Familiarity with Japanese anime/manga (otaku culture).
• Adaptability to a fast-paced, multicultural environment with constant growth and change.
• Flexibility, ability to deal with uncertainty and effective task prioritization.

▍Nice to Have:

• Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N1 or equivalent).
• Web marketing experience (SEM, SEO, advertising operation experience, etc.).
• Experience in writing press releases/copywriting (in English).
• Japan-related experience.
