1. 與銷售部門合作進行專案設計
2. 提供客戶解決方案
3. 提供客戶技術支援和故障排除
4. 提供客戶教育訓練
5. 模擬並分析客戶反饋的問題
6. 撰寫與產品相關的文件, 包括使用手冊, 快速入門指南, 銷售工具包等
7. 需熟稔系統安裝,更新, 功能操作及測試, 測試環境規劃建置等
Requirements

1. 熟悉基礎網路及計算機概論
2. 團隊合作與溝通能力，並有自我管理與責任意識

1. 具有CCNA或是網路相關證照
2. 有影像處理、網路、軟體研發產業相關經驗
