| Responsibilities • Support and enhance Altigen's IVR flow applications. • Collaborate with US Engineers to troubleshoot and resolve field reported issues. • Research 3rd party API and integrate to AltiGen's products. • Create project estimate and proposal based on customer requirements. |

Qualifications
• MS/BS EE/CS or equivalent and 5+ years software development experience.
• 3+ years of working experience on C++ and C# on Windows platform.
• Experience with REST or SOAP-based API.
• Working experience on multi-threads programming / RESTful API / XML web service communication.
• Thorough knowledge of SQL Server database design and implementation.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Salesforce CRM integration.
• Web development experience is a plus
• Self-starter with the ability to learn new technologies with minimum assistance and high sense of urgency and ownership.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
