【Role & Responsibilities】

-Annual budget planning and control

-Annual plan formulation and control

-Departmental manpower planning and work allocation

-Tracking of goal achievement status

-Departmental education, training, and job guidance

-Business strategy planning

-Agent operation strategy and execution

-Cross-departmental communication

Requirements

【必要條件】

●B2B國外銷售10年經驗以上

●團隊管理經驗5年以上

【加分條件】

●具設備業/製造業相關產業經驗

●出色的市場分析能力和業務洞察力

Requirements:

【Must have】

-Over 10 years of experience in B2B international sales.

-Over 5 years of team management experience.

【Nice to have】

-Experience in the equipment/manufacturing-related industries.

If you meet the following qualifications, we are eager to get to know you further:

● Solid experience in B2B business development, familiarity with the commercial rules and practices of international markets.

● Excellent market analysis skills and business insights.

● Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, able to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients from various backgrounds or cultures.
