We’re looking for a motivated HR Manager to join our growing team! This role will be joining an amazing team of individuals who love their job and will have the opportunity to learn, be challenged, and grow. This person must be highly organized, resourceful, enthusiastic, able to wear multiple hats.  This is a really exciting opportunity for someone who wants to manage multiple aspects of running the office of a startup, help shape the team culture and work closely with executives. What You Will Be Doing:

• Collaborate with Team Leads and CEO to acquire, build, and develop talents
• Build and/or redefine policies, procedures, and guidelines as needed
• Manage ATS to streamline and improve our hiring processes
• Mentor the HR team in talent acquisition
• Plan and implement internal team bonding and external recruiting activities as needed
• Take on special projects if necessary
• Cultivate the Arc office culture to keep employees happy and productive

We Hope You Have:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in people operations, ideally in tech, start-up, or high growth companies
• Fluent in both Mandarin and English
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize, take ownership of tasks, and exhibit a high level of initiative and follow-through
• The ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Familiar with ATS system (Lever) would be a bonus
