Position Overview:
We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer with excellent English communication skills to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be capable of engaging in meaningful dialogues with international partners, presenting ideas confidently in front of clients, and independently managing and completing tasks. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is passionate about creating beautiful, user-centric designs.

Responsibilities:

• Establish beautiful, expressive, and intuitive wireframe, visual, motion, and interaction design with principles and patterns, across platforms, like Web, iOS, and Android.
• Propose new ideas, share your work early and often, and give constructive feedback to ensure a cohesive design language.
• Turn conceptual ideas into realistic product designs that address strategic and tactical goals, and help drive product discussions.
• Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of UI/UX design experience for digital products or services.
• A portfolio of design projects that showcases a breadth of styles and projects.
• Experience working on a design system in the past.
• Expertise with Figma (and other design tools).
• Excellent communication skills in English, capable of engaging with international teams and clients.
• Ability to independently present concepts and designs to clients.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and manage a wide variety of projects end-to-end.
• Understand how your designs will be implemented, and can collaborate with design technologists to add it to the system.
