Site Reliability Engineer (Linux)

職務内容

Setup and maintain monitoring, metrics& reporting systems for fine-grained observability and actionable alerting
Assess and mitigate performance bottlenecks and system risks
Author technical documentation for workflows/processes/best practices.
Influence architectural decisions with focus on security, scalability and high-performance
Understand the full stack of customer and internal facing software systems
Take part in a 24x7 on-call rotation for full-cycle incident response (mitigation, correction, prevention)

職務要件

5+ years building and managing services in a distributed high availability web application
Knowledge of best practices design patterns for performant, resilient systems
Advanced skills with Linux, networking, storage and virtualization automation with tools like Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible et al
Strong understanding of network layers and advanced traffic routing and caching flows
Proficiency in a high-level language like Python, Go, Ruby and/or Java
Expertise on Ubuntu is must
Must have worked on Ansible and Puppet
Must have done some automation using ansible
Strong belief in spreading (& acquiring) knowledge through mentorship and acting like an owner
Ability to manage competing priorities, and work well under pressure
Self-driven with an analytical mind with a bias for action
Good English communication skill
