Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Setup and maintain monitoring, metrics& reporting systems for fine-grained observability and actionable alerting
- Assess and mitigate performance bottlenecks and system risks
- Author technical documentation for workflows/processes/best practices.
- Influence architectural decisions with focus on security, scalability and high-performance
- Understand the full stack of customer and internal facing software systems
- Take part in a 24x7 on-call rotation for full-cycle incident response (mitigation, correction, prevention)
Persyaratan
- 5+ years building and managing services in a distributed high availability web application
- Knowledge of best practices design patterns for performant, resilient systems
- Advanced skills with Linux, networking, storage and virtualization automation with tools like Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible et al
- Strong understanding of network layers and advanced traffic routing and caching flows
- Proficiency in a high-level language like Python, Go, Ruby and/or Java
- Expertise on Ubuntu is must
- Must have worked on Ansible and Puppet
- Must have done some automation using ansible
- Strong belief in spreading (& acquiring) knowledge through mentorship and acting like an owner
- Ability to manage competing priorities, and work well under pressure
- Self-driven with an analytical mind with a bias for action
- Good English communication skill
