We are looking for a "UX/UI Product Designer" who is passionate about building solutions that biochemical researchers love. Our team is responsible for design at all stages of the product - from user needs and wireframes to final visual specifications. You will participate in early-stage product discussions and be given the opportunity to demonstrate your creative problem-solving skills within a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes.
• Manage and contribute to design libraries and design systems.
• Develop and follow product brand guidelines across all assets and materials.
• Collaborating with PM, designers, and developers to create and design innovative, user-friendly platforms.
• Team player with strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Pay attention to design trends, design methods, trends and styles and ability to complete high-quality design output and maintenance.

Requirements

• A degree in interaction design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or related UX/UI degree.
• Understanding of design systems, best practices, and guidelines across iOS, Android and Web.
• Solid experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows and mockups.
• Familiar with UI/UX and visual design tools (Figma / Sketch / Zeplin / Photoshop / Illustrator).
• Able to work on projects independently and deliver the designs on time.
• Open-minded, eager to learn.

Great to Have

• Experience related to biochemical experiments.
• Basic understanding of HTML5, CSS3, or Javascript.

Benefits

• Salary: NT$40,000 - NT$60,000/month depending on experience.
• 14-month salary package plus Employee Stock Bonus program.
