Responsibilities:

  1. Manage customer inquiries, advices and suggestions via online support platform tools.
  2. Manage customer on-boarding processes.
  3. Handle customer complaints, any special case or ad hoc tasks.
  4. Create easy to digest FAQ documentation for customer.

Requirements

Requirements:

  1. Basic level understanding of Cryptocurrency.
  2. Ability to work under pressure, attention to detail with excellent communication skills and patience.
  3. Good communication skills in English and Mandarin are required, Japanese and Korean plus is highly regarded .
  4. Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, preferably in fintech, finance or E-commerce industry. Outstanding new graduates are also welcomed to apply.
  5. High level of honesty and integrity; Proactive and considerate; A sense of responsibility and team work spirit.
  6. Be willing to rotate under different work shifts in other overseas offices.
