Job Description

【Key Responsibilities】
* Marketing Activation
1. Monitor all aspects of the marketing communication framework including in-store POS and out of store activities
2. Maximize performance for assigned operators to grow market shares, productivity, and profitability while meeting defined qualitative standards and objectives.
3. Develop key account strategy, manage sales performance (both sell-in and sell-out), ensure efficient merchandising and assortment management, and review distribution to ensure brand consistency.
4. Meet with operators and store management team and present seasonal company marketing activities

* Key Management
1. Conduct regular store POS visits, giving advices on store VM displays to ensure that our brand is being emphasized and presents to customers
2. Oversee execution of operator assets, merchandising, promotional and launch calendars
3. Responsible for identifying new opportunities to deepen the partnership with key accounts, such as identifying marketing, high network clients or upselling opportunities
4. Ensure that the partnership is delivering value to key accounts and identifying value opportunities to deepen and expand the partnership over time

* Education / Trainings
1. Provide training and resources to ensure that the brand is being represented accurately and effectively
2. Conduct trainings with the objective to elevate the team proficiency in a measureable way

【Requirements】
1. Bachelor's degree
2. At least 3 years of experience in in travel retail or marketing wholesales and business development, relevant experience in luxury product or Wine & Spirit industry is highly preferred.
3. Travel frequently
4. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skill
5. Demonstrates the ability to apply macro trends, insights, channel, competition and industry knowledge to influence key stakeholders
6. Highly Creative, Energetic, Dynamic, Hardworking, Resilient
7. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
