【Job Purpose】
This position is responsible for leading a team of digital experts in all aspects of the
ecommerce business: business planning, content strategy and development, promotional campaigns, product merchandising, website design, advertisement, customer service, web analytics, web technologies and EC operations. Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders (brand teams, logistics, marketing, accounting and IT) is paramount to succeed in this position.

【The thing you will do in here】
Oversee and manage all eCommerce related operations:
**ECommerce
1.Develop and implement ecommerce strategies to drive sales and profitability
2.Establish strong relationships with internal departments to promote alignment
across selling channels and functions
3.Analyzing data and seeking opportunities to improve website UI/UX, CS, potential
revenue generation and conversion rates
4.Manage and provide advice on all ecommerce related technologies, platforms,
CRM, eCommerce strategic marketing
5.Month-end payment & accounts reconciliation with accounting team

**Digital Marketing:
1.Plan and control advertisement budget to maximize KPI and sales results
Initiate, operate and optimize digital advertising campaigns with constant
adjustments to maximize the brand awareness and conversion rates
2.Track and assess the impact of digital advertising initiatives on traffic,engagements and conversions
3.Conduct analysis across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future
campaigns development and promotion strategies
4.Develop/implement CRM acquisition & retention campaigns for the websites, as well as ad hoc marketing campaigns

**Others:
1.Coaches, develops and supports the growth and development of team members
2.Manage vendors
3.Seek and expand ecommerce business opportunities
4.Weekly, monthly sales reports and ad hoc business reviews
5.Fulfill local and regional digital requests

【You must need】
At least 10 years work experiences with at least 6 years of relevant work experience in
Retail, FMCG, Digital Agency or marketplace's eCommerce operation.

1.Solid eCommerce & digital team management experience
2.Strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills, able to lead and negotiate with people at all levels, both externally and internally
3.Good knowledge of GA4, basic coding, project management and online design tools
4.Experience in Shopline & Shopify platforms, system integration and project management
5.Hands-on person with a can-do attitude
