加入我們,您將成為協助客戶成功透過「Working Capital Management SaaS -SUPLEX」取得資產流動性的關鍵角色。

What You’ll Do:

  • 深入瞭解 SUPLEX,協助客戶 Onboarding、操作平台、使客戶進入續使用的成功循環
  • 積極瞭解客戶的用戶體驗及意見,進行分析並反饋至產品規劃上
  • 協助 FAQ 等內容文檔的建立,提升客戶服務採用價值

Requirements

【能力】

  • 2 年以上協助客戶成功使用產品或客戶服務經驗
  • 內外部專案管理技能
  • 熟練數據與成效分析報告能力
  • 流利英文聽說讀寫能力

【人格特質】

  • 良好的溝通
  • 邏輯思考能力
  • 彈性處理問題、應對進退能力
  • 具開放的團隊協作心態
