加入我們，您將成為協助客戶成功透過「Working Capital Management SaaS -SUPLEX」取得資產流動性的關鍵角色。
What You’ll Do：
- 深入瞭解 SUPLEX，協助客戶 Onboarding、操作平台、使客戶進入續使用的成功循環
- 積極瞭解客戶的用戶體驗及意見，進行分析並反饋至產品規劃上
- 協助 FAQ 等內容文檔的建立，提升客戶服務採用價值
