Responsibilities

  • Manage CakeResume's global marketing team, and help us grow our business in our target overseas markets (currently we focus on Indonesia and Vietnam markets).
  • Manage a team of content marketing, SEO marketing, KOL marketing, social media marketing, advertising, and event marketing professionals, and help us develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve our growth goals.
  • Manage the marketing budget and track marketing ROI.
  • Build solid partnerships with businesses, media, and influencers to help us expand our brand awareness across APAC.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new marketing opportunities.
  • Work closely with our overseas business team, product team, and Taiwan marketing team.
  • Participate in discussions on Taiwan marketing to help Taiwan and overseas marketing teams understand each other's strategies and process planning.
  • Closely discuss global marketing strategies and progress with the CEO.



    Requirements

    Minimum Qualifications

    Proven track record of 1) driving teams to expand into new markets (develop new businesses, partnerships, expand into new territories and bring great awareness.) and 2) managing multi-functional marketing sub-teams, and 3) helping businesses/brand success through your tailored marketing solutions.

    • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success in growing businesses in new markets
    • Familiar with and experienced in at least 2 marketing functions (content marketing, SEO marketing, KOL marketing, social media marketing, advertising, campaign marketing, etc.)
    • A strong understanding of global marketing trends and best practices
    • A passion for helping people achieve their career goals
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great business sense
    • A results-oriented and self-motivated individual
    • Native or at least professional English proficiency & Basic Chinese communication skills
    • Overseas marketing experience outside of Taiwan
