AML Name Screening Team Lead

Qualifications:

• Manage name screening team to perform the screening alerts and meet alerts review standard and SLA timeline.
• Ensure the compliance of Citi procedure and policy, regulatory requirement.
• Conduct quality review for the team.
• People management and training.
• Team MIS and productivity tracking.
• Work closely with region and local AML compliance, identify the AML risk and report relevant issue to region and local AML/Risk committee.
• Support AML related projects.
• Efficient communicating with region and country stakeholders on any issue related.

• At least 8 years of relevant banking experience Strong Knowledge of Compliance, Customer Due Diligence, AML policy and banking industry.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interface and partner with related businesses
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and interact effectively.
• Proven experience in people management.
• Project management experience is a plus
• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• Strong Microsoft skills, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Strong communication still
• Strong English capability in term of listening, oral, reading and writing
