工作內容
1. 負責即時通訊IM服務端設計和開發
2. 負責及參與服務端性能優化
職務需求
職位要求
1. 4年以上工作經驗，有大規模、高可用分散式系統開發經驗；
2. 精通 Go 語言，熟悉多執行緒開發與 TCP/IP、MQTT、PB 協議；
3. 熟練掌握 Kafka, RocketMQ，RabbitMQ 等消息中間的使用；
4. 熟練掌握 Mysql、Redis 等關聯式資料庫及NoSQL的使用；
5. 具有即時通信系統的分析與架構設計實踐經驗，主導過自建即時通信業務優先錄用；
6. 強烈的上進心和求知欲，善於學習新事物，並能積極應用於實際項目；
7. 具有良好的溝通、團隊合作精神。

其他條件
加分項目: 1.熟悉 Golang Gin 框架並有實務開發經驗 2.熟悉 Protobuf
面試流程
1st筆試/DISC人格特質測驗 ；2nd人資 / 技術主管面試
