- Develop and maintain relationships with high-value priority clients, understanding their financial needs, goals, and risk profiles. Provide personalized banking and investment advice to help clients achieve their objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers or Advisors who are responsible for serving priority clients. Provide guidance, support, and coaching to ensure excellent service delivery, client satisfaction, and achievement of performance targets.
- Oversee the priority client portfolio, monitoring the performance of accounts, identifying opportunities for growth, and managing risks effectively. Collaborate with other departments, such as wealth management and lending, to provide comprehensive financial solutions to priority clients.
- Drive revenue growth by cross-selling and upselling banking products and services to priority clients.
- Identify opportunities to expand the client base and increase market share through effective sales strategies.
- Ensure high-quality service standards are maintained for priority clients, resolving escalated issues and complaints promptly and efficiently. Continuously assess and enhance service processes and procedures to improve client experience and loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk management guidelines.
- Monitor and mitigate operational, credit, and reputational risks associated with the priority client portfolio.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities related to priority banking.
- Utilize market insights to develop strategies that differentiate the bank's priority offerings and maintain a competitive edge.
- Foster effective collaboration and communication with internal departments, such as product development, marketing, operations, and technology, to align priorities, deliver integrated solutions, and drive business growth.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the performance of the priority banking division.
- Generate regular reports, analyze data, and present insights to senior management to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and support decision-making.
