Joined Decathlon since 2009, with experiences in supply chain, variety assessments, quality management, new product development, team management and Industrial buyer position. Eleven years business building with major component key suppliers in bicycle industry in production and purchase strategies. Fast growing with bicycle industry, has made strong network between Decathlon and Taiwanese suppliers. After 12 years in Decathlon, I’ve decided to move to “human” field; to spread our strength of company by accompany our teams to grow sustainably.

I'm a student who got diverse skills which includes communication、management and administration, also I have outstanding language ability. Besides, I'm an outgoing person, and I always be open minded to learn new things, furthermore, I embrace challenge as opportunities for growth.
