1. Monitor and analyze SEO rankings, traffic, and CTR
2. Improve and maintain SEO rankings by doing keyword maintenance, SEO audit, and other strategies
3. Execute keyword research and planning to win the competition
4. Evaluate keyword performance and plan strategies to bump up the keyword rankings
5. Work alongside the Engineering Team to support marketing objectives through SEO end-to-end initiatives
6. Analyze keywords and SEO techniques used by competitors
7. Stay alert for any changes in Dekoruma website that may harm SEO traffic and rankings
8. Keep self updated with both white hat and black hat SEO strategies
9. Manage marketing cost and return optimization for fields related to SEO investments
10. Manage freelancers of SEO articles both on-page and off-page
11. Analyze content performance (SEO ranking and traffic)
12. Review and analyze websites for areas that can be improved and optimized
13. Monitor & analyze ads revenue from day to day
14. Plan strategies to improve ads revenue by discuss with third party (Google publisher partner)

QUALIFICATION & EDUCATION

1. Bachelor or Master’s degree from a reputable university
2. A minimum of 1.5 to 2-year experience in content marketing and SEO
3. Experienced using Google Analytics/Search Console, Wordpress, Ahrefs, and other SEO tools
4. Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically , and identify and resolve problems
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
6. Ability to work with a team and independently
7. Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills
