Job Details:

  1. Collaborate with senior strategists to craft strategic research plans that blend quantitative and qualitative methods, unveiling hidden trends and opportunities for innovation.
  2. Extract insights from the vast landscapes of open data and public repositories to inform strategic decisions and inspire new ideas.
  3. Identify opportunities for innovation by integrating data from diverse sources, including structured and unstructured formats.
  4. Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders across various departments, such as operation, marketing, and financial.
  5. Design and implement quantitative approaches to validate ideas and hypotheses.
  6. Participate in the entire design thinking process, leaving your mark at every stage from research and ideation to prototyping and evaluation.

Performance Goals for the First Year:

  1. Deliver quantitative insights consistently to validate qualitative research findings for each project, ensuring they are data-driven and contribute directly to strategic decision-making.
  2. Collaborate with senior strategists to develop at least one quantitative research plan that complements qualitative research efforts, resulting in actionable findings that enhance project outcomes.
  3. Actively participate in design thinking workshops and brainstorming sessions, providing valuable data-driven perspectives to inspire innovative solutions and drive project success.
  4. Identify opportunities to optimize data analysis processes and methodologies, leading to increased efficiency and accuracy. Propose and implement at least one process improvement initiative by the end of the first year to streamline workflows and enhance project outcomes.
  5. Complete at least one professional development program focused on advanced data analysis techniques. Share the newfound knowledge with the team through workshops or skill exchange sessions.
  6. Achieve an average teamwork rating of at least 4 out of 5 from team members, demonstrating effective collaboration and contribution to team objectives throughout the year.

Compensation and Benefits:

  1. Monthly salary ranging from NT$50,000 to NT$60,000.
  2. Guaranteed annual salary of 14 months plus performance bonuses.

Requirements

  1. Have a minimum of 1 year of professional experience in market analysis or customer research, demonstrating the ability to deliver meaningful results.
  2. Possess the skills to analyze and extract insights effectively from both quantitative and qualitative data, drawing from diverse sources to distill the most pertinent information.
  3. Excel at transforming complex data into clear, compelling visuals that tell a cohesive story.
  4. Demonstrate practical understanding of Design Thinking methodologies and experience applying them to user experience design projects.
  5. Communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely to diverse audiences, fostering collaboration and informed decision-making.
  6. Exhibit a self-reflective personality, showcasing an ability for introspection and continuous personal development.
  7. Professional proficiency in both English and Chinese is required.
  8. Bonus Points:
    • Knowledge of Natural Language Processing, Behavioral Science, or Management Accounting.
    • Fluency in a language other than English and Chinese.
