Senior UX Designer
职缺描述
An exciting opportunity to work with creative and vibrant team who are passionately creating intuitive and engaging user experiences for app user. You will interact with design, product and tech team to produce high quality software solutions that span all platforms (iOS, Android and Web).
- Experience in interaction design, visual design, information architecture, and solid understanding of UX design principles for mobile app/website.
- Quickly produce low fidelity concept mocks and UI prototypes and able to digest complicated features requests into simple and elegant user flow.
- Must be self-motivated. Independently manage time, prioritize, manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- A talent for diplomatic discussion: the ability to listen, convince and collaborate in a cross-functional environment
- Collaborate with the technical teams to carry designs through the build process and meet release standards
- Excellent analytic ability and effective problem solving skills.
- Stay up to date on design trends and industry best practices
- Demonstrate ability to present and define design decisions and critique others
职务需求
• Familiar with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD, Sketch, Axure RP or similar design tools.
• Familiar with project management software e.g. Redmine, JIRA, Confluence, Slack
• Experience in Amplitude or any data analysis tool.
• 3+ years working experience in related filed.
• Possess a demonstrable portfolio of mobile and/or web design, detailed app work flow/frame work
