• Conduct onboarding sales training program, refreshment sales training program, and Know Your Apps product knowledge test to increase the sales conversion rate from canvassing to closing.
• Provide continuous support during the sales team’s at Pro Aesthetics Asia to increase the sales team’s retention rate.
• Create, socialize, and maintain SOP in handling customers (potential customers) to ensure standardization of the sales’ excellent customer service.
• Assist Management in monitoring the Performance Improvement Plan.
• Measure strength and things that need to improve for all of the sales.
• Conduct administrative updates, announcements, and training.

• Minimum 2-3 years of sales training and development experience.
• Must have experience doing field or customer-facing work in Sales.
• Experience in leading non-direct subordinates.
• Exposure to Aesthetic Equipment (preferable).

• Solid communication and presentation abilities
