Job Description

1.Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

2.Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.

3.Interface with internal and external stakeholders, including functional departments and global clients to meet objectives of on time delivery and go-to-market strategy for new products and new technologies.

4.Manage customers’ critical projects and follow through completion effectively.

5.Other duties as assigned by upper management.

Requirements

1.BS degree or above with 5+ years of related professional experiences.
2.Proven track record on sales/marketing and global account management experiences.
3.Engineering background or knowledge of semiconductor and/or ceramic material processing would be a big plus.
4.Excellent problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to lead effectively in a team environment.
5.Good verbal and presentation skills. Fluency in written and spoken English.
