We are seeking a highly motivated Electrical Engineer to design and develop features for a Battery Management System (BMS) at the electrical level. This role involves collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team of engineers to create a comprehensive Battery Management and Storage System. Using collaborative development tools like Gitlab/Gitea, you will work on innovative solutions for energy storage and design/perform system tests. You should have expertise in PCB design, power-related systems, and hardware testing in order to fullfill the needs of this position. Ensuring our hardware systems, including batteries, inverters, and control board PCBs, operate optimally. Effective communication and being a strong team player are crucial in this role. The project is quite multi-disciplinary and is a great opportunity to learn and work on different technical problems. While not mandatory, knowledge of embedded systems, real-time operating systems, and serial communications like CAN and SPI would be a valuable asset.

Key Responsibilities:


1. PCB Design and Hardware Expertise:
- Design and Debug PCB schematics. Apply knowledge of PCB design and power-related systems to fix issues and optimize the performance of hardware systems, which include batteries, inverters, and control board PCBs.

2. Collaborative Development Environment:
- Utilize collaborative development tools like Gitlab/Gitea to work closely with the engineering team, contributing to the development of the full Battery Management and Storage System.

3. Hardware Testing and Debugging:
- Collaborate with the team to test and debug hardware systems, ensuring that all components work as intended and resolving hardware issues.

4. Team Collaboration:
- Be a valuable team player, working collaboratively with engineers, developers of a cross-functional team

具備大學(或以上)電機與電子工程知識；具備解析電路圖與控制功率電晶體之工作經驗；可用英文溝通工作相關事宜。

- Bachelor's or higher degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

- Proficiency in PCB design and a strong understanding of power-related systems.

- Experience in hardware testing and debugging.

- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.

- Nice to have: Knowledge of collaborative development tools like Gitlab/Gitea, of embedded systems and interest in open-source tools/software is a plus.
