- Responsible for yearly smartphone target setting, roadmap design based on 4Ps (Product, Price, Promotion and Place). Conducted market analysis to keep plan well-executed.
- Managed product go-to-market strategy execution. Monitored launching schedule, distribution scope, stock level and retail all in places.
- Administered PSI management, and make sure goods delivered by air/sea on time.
- Controlled yearly channel expenses and budgets. Evaluated promotion efficiency in different channels.
- Supported General Director with P&L calculation, reversed financial situation and improved profitability.
Main results in 2021:
- Yearly smartphone average selling price rose by +15% YoY.
- Reno series (Above 333 USD) internal share grew from 6,8% to 14,6% YoY, +75% growth by volume. 20-30K RUB (266-400 USD) price range market share grew from 3,2% to 4% YoY (GFK data).
- E-commerce sellout achieved 15 times growth from 2019 to 2021; sixfold from Q1 2021 to Q4 2021.
- We successfully launched 3 low-ended smartphones (below 160 USD), and 7 mid-and-high-ended models (160-400 USD) yearly.
- Selected "The Most Purposeful Employee of the year" in 2021.
