Job Description

FPT Taiwan is urgently looking for a back office manager to direct the overall operations of back office (Finance & Accounting, HR Admin, Legal)

1. Finance & Accounting: Manage the function of finance & accounting department

  • Assisting and supporting on receipts, invoices, and bills.
  • Track and ensure cash flow is appropriate and sustainable
  • Working with vendors
  • Assisting and supporting on finance
  • Monitor the financial and non-financial performance, abnormalities, and adverse trends of departments in comparison to budget and provide recommendations if necessary to improve performance and increase efficiency and profitability

2. HR – Admin & Legal

  • Manage all HR- Admin matters
  • Provide advice in respect of the legal aspects of the company’s operations as required including review of contracts and agreements and liaison with external advisors
  • Monitor all open legal issues involving the company, and legal issues affecting the industry
  • Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
  • Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
  • Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media et
  • Managing clerical or other administrative staff for local and expat
  • Process monthly payroll
  • Support visa/ work permit for expats

3. Others

– Provide direct support, assistance and advice to the Parent Company, the Board of Directors and to the company’s Senior Management team in relation to the activities of the above departments

– Retain primary responsibility for all aspects of the company’s internal and external financial reporting

– Retain primary responsibility for legal matters affecting the company’s activities

  • Specifications

– Education: BA degree or higher, preferably in Finance and Accounting
– Experience: at least 5 year-experience at similar position
– Knowledge: specialist on finance and accounting operation, and HR-Admin operation.
– Skills: strong analytical skill; excellent communication & interpersonal skills; strong leadership and influencing skills, good problem-solving skills; computer literacy
– Languages: fluency in English
– Ability: be able to work independently, under high pressure, with high sense of responsibility.
– Others: be structured and result-oriented, adaptable, proactive, dynamics and flexible, well organized, self-confident, honest, carefully, and enthusiastic
