Content Officer

Job Description

  • Execute content strategies as developed by the Content Writers (developing scripts, capturing video, and editing content to ensure fresh, engaging, and relevant output)
  • Work collaboratively with content writers to understand and interpret content plans into dynamic multimedia elements.
  • Manage content production from concept to completion, ensuring all content aligns with strategic objectives and brand voice
  • Stay abreast of current trends and audience preferences to keep content innovative and appealing
  • Monitor social media responses and engagement to refine content and strategies for better audience resonance
  • Work under the direction of a Senior Content Writer to ensure all content is on-strategy and contributes to client goals

Requirements

  • Open for full-time role to work in Gading Serpong area
  • Reliable and good team member who enjoys a fast-paced working environment
  • Experience in content creation, including video production, scriptwriting, and editing
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates creativity and the ability to produce a variety of content types
  • Proficiency with current video editing software (capcut, inshot, splice, etc) and social media platforms
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Savvy with current trends in social media and digital marketing
  • A candidate with prior agency experience is a plus

Interview process

  2. First Interview: You'll have a virtual meeting with our HR team to delve into your background, skills, and fit for the role.
  3. Assignment: Depending on the position, you may be given a task or assignment to showcase your practical abilities.
  4. Second Interview: You'll meet virtually with the potential direct supervisor or "user" from the relevant department to further assess your technical skills and team compatibility.
  5. Final Interview: The last step will be an interview with our director, which could take place either online or in person, depending on mutual convenience, providing a comprehensive perspective of your potential role within our team.
  6. Decision and Follow-Up: After the final interview, we will promptly inform you of our decision. If you are selected to join our team, we will send you an official offer letter. If not, we will provide a respectful rejection letter to acknowledge your efforts.
