Social Media Specialist

Job Description

Strategy Implementation:

  • Create and execute client social media strategies
  • Ensure KPIs and client timelines are met consistently
  • Supervise the implementation strategy and directing executors (ex: designers, videographer, etc)

Content Creation & Management:

  • Develop and manage Editorial Plans and Content Plan for client social media, adhering to the agreed strategies
  • Produce well-researched content tailored for various social media platforms (Instagram & TikTok)
  • Manage and oversee client social media content and campaigns (Responsible for the content outputs and insights, plus engagement activity (comments, direct messages, etc); Monitor account growth, analyze audience behaviour and trends and take an action when an urgent strategy needs to be made)

Client & Team Collaboration:

  • Participate in brainstorming and pitching sessions with the Strategic Team
  • Communicate consistently with clients to comprehend their goals, provide updates, and present performance analytics
  • Conduct weekly meetings with the team, creating a cohesive and innovative working environment

Data Analysis:

  • Monitor and analyze content performance, leveraging insights to refine and optimize editorial plans

Market & Trend Analysis:

  • Suggesting recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results
  • Stay up-to-date with social media best practices, emerging trends, and platform updates

Requirements

  • Full-time position to work in Gading Serpong area
  • 1-2 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or a similar role
  • Demonstrated success in creating engaging social media content for brands, including knowledge of platform-specific formats, editing tools, and best practices
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams
  • Highly creative and adaptable, with a passion for storytelling and an eye for detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines

Interview process

  5. Final Interview: The last step will be an interview with our director, which could take place either online or in person, depending on mutual convenience, providing a comprehensive perspective of your potential role within our team.
  6. Decision and Follow-Up: After the final interview, we will promptly inform you of our decision. If you are selected to join our team, we will send you an official offer letter. If not, we will provide a respectful rejection letter to acknowledge your efforts.
