KOL Specialist

Job Description

  • Develop campaign strategies and ideations that align with brand objectives and ensure the attainment of critical performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify, engage, and cultivate lasting relationships with KOLs across various platforms, ensuring alignment with the brand's persona and campaign goals.
  • Conduct negotiations with KOLs to establish the scope of work (SOW), ensuring clear understanding and agreement on deliverables.
  • Manage and allocate budget efficiently while considering the influence and persona of KOLs to optimize campaign outcomes.
  • Craft comprehensive briefs, guidelines, storylines, and scripts for KOL content to ensure consistent and effective brand messaging.
  • Maintain relationships with KOLs, providing support before, during, and after the campaign to ensure ongoing engagement and collaboration.
  • Compile and present detailed campaign reports, analyzing performance data to evaluate campaign success and inform future strategies.

Requirements

  • Full-time position to work in Gading Serpong area
  • Bachelor Degree in any major
  • Minimum 1 year experience in managing KOL/influencers/buzzer/communities
  • Proven experience in handling broad range of talents (celebrities, artists, etc)
  • Savvy with current trends in social media and digital marketing
  • Have broad network
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Reliable and good team member who enjoys a fast-paced working environment
  • Strong work ethic and performance-driven
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines
  • Having a background in an agency will be a major plus

Interview process

  4. Second Interview: You'll meet virtually with the potential direct supervisor or "user" from the relevant department to further assess your technical skills and team compatibility.
  5. Final Interview: The last step will be an interview with our director, which could take place either online or in person, depending on mutual convenience, providing a comprehensive perspective of your potential role within our team.
  6. Decision and Follow-Up: After the final interview, we will promptly inform you of our decision. If you are selected to join our team, we will send you an official offer letter. If not, we will provide a respectful rejection letter to acknowledge your efforts.
