Performance Marketing Specialist

Job Description

  • Create monthly media plan for each Garis Temu’s internal product & client
  • Plan and execute top to bottom of funnel campaign across Paid channels including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads (End to end management)
  • Continuously testing, optimizing audiences, and campaigns to deliver more quality leads with more efficient ad spend, and to reach the desired KPIs
  • Ensure the budget is spent efficiently across all paid channels
  • Create weekly and monthly ads reporting, provide the insights and recommendations for future ads campaigns
  • Monitor ongoing campaigns
  • Collaborate with the creative team to create ads creatives for paid channels and landing pages

Requirements

Full-time position to work in Gading Serpong area

  • Bachelor degree in any major; but preferably from Analytics, Marketing, or Advertising related major
  • Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing / paid ads required from planning until execution, with monthly minimum budget handled 10 mio per-channel in Facebook/Instagram Ads platform
  • Have a deep understanding and familiarity with performance marketing strategies (audience, channels knowledge, budget optimization, cost per result optimization)
  • Highly analytical, data-driven, and problem-solver with a growth mindset

Plus points:

  • Experienced in handling landing page optimization and conversion campaign from landing page would be a plus
  • Preferably have experience handling TikTok Ads from awareness to conversion
  • Know how to optimize meta ads conversion leads based on current situation
  • Have experience on handling e-commerce ads, especially tokopedia and shopee, strong skill in research keywords and optimize it

  6. Decision and Follow-Up: After the final interview, we will promptly inform you of our decision. If you are selected to join our team, we will send you an official offer letter. If not, we will provide a respectful rejection letter to acknowledge your efforts.
