We are seeking a creative and analytical Junior Brand Strategist to join our dynamic digital marketing agency. The Junior Brand Strategist will play a key role in developing innovative brand strategies for our clients, supporting both existing accounts and new business pitches. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Brand Strategist in the development of comprehensive brand strategies for a variety of clients, ensuring they are tailored to meet specific client goals and market opportunities.
• Collaborate with Brand Strategist to conduct research on market trends, brand positioning, and consumer insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaign development and contribute to new client pitches with fresh and compelling ideas.
• Facilitate communication between the strategy team and content creators/executors to ensure that all parties are aligned with the brand strategy.
• Helping to monitor the execution of brand strategies across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency and coherence in all brand messaging and content.
• Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies, compiling data for analysis, and making recommendations for strategic adjustments as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, new tools, and technological advancements that can enhance branding efforts.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Having experience in brand strategy, marketing, or a related role is preferred.
• A foundational understanding of brand development, digital marketing strategies, and consumer behavior.
• Ability to think creatively and analytically to solve problems and identify opportunities.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
