Job Description

  • · Business development:
  1. At least 3 years sales experience in freight forwarding
  2. Target setting / identify suitable customer to fit into the company
  3. Cold call/ sales call
  4. Quotation preparing / following up
  5. Analysis reason won/loss
  6. Create new/qualify sales leads
  7. Existing customer retention and further to maximize all possible business
  8. Trade lane + Key account development

Requirements

  1. Follow up company strategic and target trade lanes
  2. Set up own sales plan for development and reach the target
  3. Reporting/ in usage of sales system: visit report/target accounts/ Incoming+ Outgoing sales lead
  4. Market information acknowledgement and sharing
  5. Communication skill with colleagues and customers is essential.
  • · Area of expertise:

Essential --> Air / Sea / Import/ Export/ Cross Trade

Plus --> RFQ preparation for sizeable account

Route development / Warehouse and distribution
