You will be responsible for analyzing, reporting and optimizing for the entire user acquisition (from lead-to-purchase) funnel. You will work with the regional team to leading all aspects of paid media strategy from awareness, consideration, to conversion on Brand.com website. What you’ll do

  • Oversee, manage, set up, measure and optimize all paid marketing media to drive maximum results and achieve leads or sales goals.
  • Define the global paid media strategy and creative execution to achieve campaign objectives for different regions
  • Manage website and initiate new tactics or testing plans to optimize performance for CPA, ROAS and CVR.
  • Measure and report on results of all campaigns for future success.
  • Collaborate with cross-function teams to maintain a consistent brand voice across all paid channels
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends to increase sales & lower the cost.

Requisitos

- Professional fluency in English (European or Japanese languages are a big plus!)
- 2+ years of paid media experience
- In-depth knowledge of various paid media and analytical tools (e.g., Facebook ads, Google ads, Google Analytics, MailChimp, CrazyEgg, etc.)
- Solid management and communication skills; lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners to keep projects moving forward.
- Willing to wear multiple hats; enjoy working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment.
- Bonus skills: experience in Amazon or Shopify is a big plus.
- Must love babies!
