Job Description
薪資 : 約 NTD 56k-60k (底薪+生活津貼+租房補貼) 底薪依工作經驗和面試表現評估，另有每月銷售獎金
**此職缺需外派馬尼拉，能配合長期居住於菲律賓馬尼拉者優先**
**提供新人入職安排，包含報到機票，入境簽證，住宿等**
工作時間 : 輪班制，每周上班5天排休2天，上班9小時，包含休息1小時
工作地點 : Alphaland Corporate Tower (Makati, Manila)
員工福利 :
- 食 : 員工餐廳於工作日提供至少2餐
- 宿 : 可選擇住公司宿舍(2-4人房)，或是自行外宿領租房津貼PHP 20k
- 每月生活津貼PHP 10k，補貼日常生活開銷
- 公司提供報到機票和入境簽證報銷
- 通過試用期後按工作表現加薪，並辦理9G工作簽證，保障在菲合法工作
- 入職滿2年 : 享有久任獎金 + 機票補貼共PHP 130k (約台幣7萬)，並提高生活津貼至PHP 12k
- 有薪年假24天/年，有薪病假10天/年
- 提供菲律賓醫療保險 (醫保卡和藥品卡)和每年度健康檢查
- 免費中英語線上培訓和教育訓練
- 每周提供羽毛球籃球場地，員工可自由報名參加
工作內容：
- 負責管理各渠道流量，並追蹤用戶轉化的過程，確保有效的客戶轉換率。
- 維護現有會員群組，確保會員享有良好的使用體驗，並提供日常支持。
- 管理客戶質量，根據不同標準進行分類，確保客戶群體的多樣性和價值。
- 負責日常週報和月報數據的匯總，並從中提取有價值的資訊以支持業務決策。
- 配合並完成上級安排的日常和臨時工作任務。
Requirements
- 流利的中文溝通能力，包括口語和線上打字
- 不限工作經驗，歡迎畢業生應徵
- 具備銷售或客服經驗者佳，能夠理解客戶需求並提供滿意的解決方案。
- 至少專科以上的學歷，並熟悉基本的辦公軟件操作。
- 具備良好的個人素養和道德品質，能夠代表公司與客戶建立信任和良好關係。
