PURPOSE OF THE JOB
由於環境運動需要持續突破同溫層使不同社群團體一同來參與。因此，綠色和平公眾動員專案主任需負責加強環境運動與不同社群之間的串聯關係，透過協助不同社群團體以達成其環境議題之目標，公眾動員專案主任另外需設計不同志工參與活動，使更多來自不同社群的民眾可以在綠色和平的平台上一起推動環境運動，促進社會各界更積極解決環境問題。

SCOPE OF THE JOB
公眾動員專案主任將會負責與不同環境議題專案團隊合作構想、發展，及執行公眾動員活動，把握各個時機推動各環境專案的目標。此職位亦需要負責管理組織的志工網絡，發展志工關係，並與不同部門合作，共同為綠色和平創造出各議題的支持者線下參與體驗，成就更大的民眾力量，達成社會改變。

公眾動員專案主任需掌握各社群參與的發展趨勢(包括海外及在地)，並運用在日常工作之上。

主要工作內容：
● 協助不同團隊策劃特定社群的參與方式，以達成環境保護專案目標
● 招募志工、維護志工關系、發展志工技能
● 支援不同社群團體的在地環境工作
● 管理團隊預算
● 定期監督及評估工作成效

要求條件：

• 具備志工組織/社群發展/活動統籌相關工作經驗3年或以上；
• 具備專案管理、跨部門的溝通、協作與項目控管能力；
• 具備公開演說經驗，擅長轉譯語言提升民眾對環境議題的理解度與認同度；

附加條件：

• 理解方言或原住民語言
• 和陌生人對談環境議題的勇氣和技巧
• 開拓公眾參與方式的創意
