Job Description

Improve customer service experience and create engaged customers
Take ownership of customers' issues and set the resolution
Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused toward that mission
Develop service procedures, policies, and standards
Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
Analyse services statistics and compile accurate reports
Mentor and develop customer services agents and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment
Keep ahead of the industry's development and apply best practices in areas of improvement
Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
Adhere to and manage the approved budget
Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any major
Min 3 years in a customer service position as a supervisor
Ability to think strategically and lead
Good understanding of management practices and techniques
Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Customer Service Oriented
